Devizes Constitutional Club, Wiltshire

The overall aim was to repair and replace beautiful salt damaged 18thC brickwork, damaging cement pointing was removed and sections of damaged brickwork were replaced with handmade bricks.

Limestone dressings were repaired using lime mortar for plastic repairs and in some irrepairable areas new stone was fixed after it was cleaned and poulticed to remove the soluble road salts.

As a finishing touch we applied a colour matched Lime shelter coat to the limestone dressings to unify the whole.
